Specs, customization, lens compatibility, lead times — email us before placing your order. We prefer answering specific questions over a generic FAQ.

▍ Existing orders
Include your order number and serial number (engraved on the bottom of the body) in the first email — it lets us resolve things in one round trip instead of three.

▍ Returns and warranty service
Do not ship anything before receiving an RMA number and return address from us. Our registered business address is not a workshop and unauthorized returns cannot be received. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.
