Welcome to HSINCAM (hereinafter "we," "us," or "this site," at hsincam.com). By browsing or purchasing, you agree to the following terms.

1. ABOUT HSINCAM

HSINCAM is a camera brand owned and operated by Shanghai Yijuan Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., founded by photographer Hsin-Ya Lin. We design and produce 4×5 and 8×10 metal large format technical cameras in small batches.

2. PRODUCT NATURE

HSINCAM products are small-batch precision instruments, each individually inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of precision machining and material batch variation, the product you receive may differ slightly from photographs in the following ways, none of which constitute defects:
- Anodized finish tone variation between batches
- Bellows fold distribution
- Minor variation in screw, grip, and other small-part finishes

We reserve the right to continuously improve product design without prior notice, provided function and precision are not compromised.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

- All prices are listed in USD; checkout conversions reflect real-time exchange rates
- Order confirmation will be sent to you by email
- We reserve the right to cancel any order (including but not limited to inventory errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions). Any charged amount will be refunded in full
- Pre-orders (such as the 810II and other made-to-order models) require full payment upfront and cannot be cancelled once placed (see §6 for cancellation terms)

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The HSINCAM name, logos, product designs, website content, photography, and copy are all property of Shanghai Yijuan Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- HSINCAM is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use, inability to use, or shipping delays
- In any case, HSINCAM's total liability shall not exceed the actual purchase amount of the specific order in question
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party lenses, film holders, tripods, or other accessories paired with our products

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date posted on the site. Please review periodically.
