HSINCAM is a small-batch precision manufacturing brand. Orders enter processing or production immediately upon payment confirmation. This policy explains cancellation rules by order type.

1. STANDARD IN-STOCK PRODUCTS
In-stock standard products (FM45-L, FM45-P with standard black bellows) ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
No cancellation window is offered after an order is submitted. If you change your mind after receiving the product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy §2 regarding the 14-day change-of-mind return.

2. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders (non-standard bellows colors, special configurations, products built to customer specifications) enter procurement and production scheduling immediately upon payment confirmation.
▍ Once placed, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
This is because products built to customer specifications cannot be resold to other customers, and production costs (component procurement, machining scheduling, bellows fabrication) are incurred immediately after order placement.

3. PRE-ORDER MODELS (810II AND OTHER MADE-TO-ORDER)
Pre-order models enter production scheduling upon payment confirmation.
▍ Once placed, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
If a force majeure event (such as serious illness) requires cancellation, please contact support@hsincam.com for case-by-case discussion. We will work with you in good faith but cannot guarantee a refund.

4. CANCELLATIONS INITIATED BY HSINCAM
We may initiate a cancellation with full refund in the following situations:
- Inventory or pricing errors
- Manufacturing delays exceeding the original ETA by 60+ days, if you choose not to wait
- Force majeure events preventing production completion
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
