1. ORIGIN

All orders ship directly from our workshop in Shanghai, China.

2. PROCESSING TIME

- In-stock models (FM45-L, FM45-P with standard black bellows): 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Custom bellows color: add 7–14 business days for fabrication
- Made-to-order models (810II): 4–8 weeks production + shipping

Peak season, Chinese New Year, component delays, or force majeure may extend these timelines. We will notify you by email proactively.

3. SHIPPING METHOD AND TRANSIT TIME

We ship internationally via DHL Express, with:
- Full tracking
- Signature on delivery
- Shipping insurance at declared value

Estimated transit time (from dispatch):
- Asia-Pacific: 3–7 business days
- Europe, North America: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Actual times may vary depending on customs clearance and local last-mile delivery conditions. HSINCAM is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Approximate ranges:

- Asia-Pacific (Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, etc.): USD 90–180
- North America (US, Canada): USD 160–290
- Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway): USD 180–320
- Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): USD 200–340
- Rest of world: USD 240–400

5. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES (IMPORTANT)

Listed prices do not include destination-country import duties or taxes.

We ship on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. All import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility. Your local carrier or customs authority will collect these charges from you before delivery.

▍Reference information by region (for pre-order assessment only)

Import policies in several jurisdictions have changed substantially since 2025. The information below is a rough reference only — please verify with your country's official customs authority before placing an order:

- United States: As of August 29, 2025, the United States eliminated the De Minimis exemption for all commercial imports (the previous USD 800 duty-free threshold no longer applies). All goods imported from China are subject to applicable duties and fees at the rate in effect at the time of import, which may change as US policy evolves.
- European Union: VAT approximately 19–25% (varies by destination country), plus import duty on cameras (HS Code 9006). Both are collected by DHL or local customs prior to delivery.
- United Kingdom: VAT 20%, plus import duty on cameras.
- Japan: Consumption tax 10%, plus import duty in some cases.
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand: Local GST/HST/VAT plus duty depending on category.
- Other regions: Please consult your national customs authority.

Because tariff policies change frequently across jurisdictions, HSINCAM cannot provide a precise final duty figure. If you would like a rough estimate before ordering, please contact support@hsincam.com and we will do our best to help.

▍Important notice

If a parcel is returned to us or destroyed because the buyer refuses to pay import duties, HSINCAM does not refund shipping or any related charges. By placing an order, you agree to assume full responsibility for all import duties and taxes in your destination country.

6. RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS

Due to international sanctions, transit safety, or logistical limitations, we currently cannot ship to:
- Any country or region under UN or US OFAC sanctions
- Remote areas not serviced by DHL

7. DELIVERY AND DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If there is visible crushing, damage, or water exposure:
- Refuse delivery, or request the courier note the damage on the spot
- Photograph the package and contact support@hsincam.com within 24 hours
- We will assist you in filing a shipping insurance claim

Damage reported after the fact is difficult to attribute responsibility for. Please address it at the point of delivery.

8. ADDRESS ERRORS AND RE-DELIVERY

Buyers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Any costs arising from address errors are the buyer's responsibility, including:
- Re-delivery fees
- Return-to-sender charges
- Re-shipping fees
